You can select the plugin formats at the bottom left to filter the list of plugins so that only those supporting your selected formats will appear. Select the platform of your offline device. The platform options will appear: Mac, Windows 64-bit, Windows 32-bit. On the online computer, run the Installation Manager and select the Download/Export option in the sidebar. Just to share my experience, I had Waves Complete V11 installed on my computer, and I made it work on FL after retries and retries, I could not really tell how, but I think it had something to do with the adding of paths in the FL Plugin manager. I did find some remnants of weird hexadecimal VST3 plug-in names in REAPER but when I did a full "clear cache/rescan" that sorted it out.
When the installer starts change the default "Destination Location" fromĪnd voila all the plug-ins will load properly. I tried repairing Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable Package (圆4) but that made no difference at all.

No previous Waves plugins were ever installed on this PC The VST2's show proper names but again the same error "plug-in could not be loaded".
